Age: It is difficult to tell a person's age because everyone ages "differently".  It is illegal to discriminate for a job based on age.  Hiring for a job should be done based on an applicants qualifications.  Some companies or organizations look for individuals who are older and more mature.  Consider trying to find a work place that values age and maturity.

Depends: Growth charts have been developed for premature infants, so the answer depends on whether the percentiles you listed are based on a premature growth chart, a regular growth chart with the plot adjusted for gestational age etc.  In general though, we allow a child up to 2 years of age to "catch up".  The child is considered "caught up" when they plot between the 3-97% on a standard growth chart.

Management of aging: Yes, but instead of calling it "anti Aging" it is better to look at it as "healthy age management". We can prevent and/or delay most of he so call aging problems, like, tiredness, obesity, loss of Libido, cardiovascular disease. The best medicine is exercise and healthy eating. We need to maintain at an optimal balanced level, (not just minimal), our hormones, vitamins and nutraceuticals.

Risk: Everything we do to our bodies has a risk/benefit and that balance is what determines whether we should do it. I just reviewed a quick list that had 44 listed documented side effects from hgh with some potentially dangerous. It can also interact or complicate other diseases. It's your body though, so it's your choice. I would work closely with your doctor to ensure it's as safe as possible.

Fun fright versus: terrifying?  We can tell children that something isn't real - but that doesn't mean it would not be traumatic for them. I had to stop taking my kids to our local haunt trail- it was just too frightening.

It would be: vanishingly rare for an adult to have an significant increase in height. Most likely one of the measurements was incorrect. If concerned, check w/your doctor. Acromegaly doesn't increase height, just other bone formation.

Height, No: There is no medication or supplement that will increase height in an adult.  There are several supplements that can increase weight, generally by increasing calorie intake.

Sibling: it should be the responsibilty of the older child to connect with the youngest one, good relationship between the two fosters for safety and security for the younger one. No one can force another person to do any thing. proper upbringing and family values need to be imparted by the parents
