Well: Technically cleaning with water can be douching. However, most often the term is used when a product is used to clean the vagina (i.e.mixes of water &amp;b vinegar, baking soda, or iodine.)

Abnormal bacteria: A fishy smell is often produced with abnormal vaginal bacteria. When the ph changes, then the amines are released leading to the odor. Start a high dose oral multi strain probiotic like florajen 3 daily as a first step. If this doesn't lead to improvement you may need to see doc and have some short term antibiotics.

i have had a bartholin cyst twice and its been about a year and a few month since then but i used douche when i showered and i also may have overly masterbated now my vulva is kinda hard and it hurts and the pain is bearable but i want it to stop how?

If the cyst is: forming again, surgical drainage or removal of the gland is possibly a good choice.  Heat and soaking in Epsom salt solutions may be helpful till you can see your doctor.

Pregnancy: When you have unprotected sex, the possibility of being pregnant is always there. Douche and showering will not prevent pregnancy. Tingling cervix and being horny are not hard signs of pregnancy either.

Depends on force: of douching, but air embolism is not likely if you did not use excessive pressure.  Air embolism in small volumes is also not usually serious.

Rectovaginal fistula: Have your doctors looked into whether you actually have a fistula? A communication or tract between your vagina and your rectum? This sounds like a very troubling problem.
