Close monitoring: Dopamine is an older vasopressin that acts on dopamine, alpha, and beta receptors. It was thought, although not supported by literature, that a low doses (less than 5 mcg/kg/min) it increases urine output. At moderate doses (5-10mcg/kg/min) it effects the beta receptors which increase heart rate at high dose( > 10 mcg/kg/min) it effects the Alpha receptors which increase blood pressure.

Parkinson feeling: Parkinson's disease causes a loss of facial expressivity, so they may look like they have no feelings.  This is inaccurate.  The underlying loss of Dopamine in certain nerve cells does not cause a loss of feeling.  However there may be problems with feelings depending on the person's pre-parkinson emotional makeup.  Parkinson's may include depression, mood swings, and hallucinations.

Many are: Many medications for treating ADHD work by increasing dopamine and stimulating focus. These medications are typically stimulants. They include amphetamines such as Adderall and methylphenidate (Concerta, Ritalin). But there is also a side effect of possible addiction and abuse.

Library in a capsule: Yes, low Dopamine is thought to be related to  (not responsible for) adhd - it's complicated. No direct relation to mood but since the effects are problems, i imagine they make a person unhappy. Serotonin is also very complex in action, but it is somewhat the opposite i.e., not a big role in conditions like adhd but a major one in mood regulation (which is a bit different from "happiness") best!

Dopamine: is a naturally occurring substance.  Accidental administration can cause irregular or fast heart rate, high blood pressure, maybe headache.  It is metabolized very quickly, it's half life is about 2 minutes.  So no treatment is really needed unless the heart rate, high blood pressure is severe.  Since you are communicating with us now, it seems it all turned out fine.  You can put it behind you.
