Yes, but: Yes with a large caveat attached.  You must be an exact match, and you must be healthy enough to live on one lung and survive thoracic surgery.  Not every transplant program will offer live donation as a possibility, so you need to both talk to your own doctor about your health and then undergo a full battery of tests prior to donation.

Transplant center: If you want to do this, you need to talk to a lung transplant specialist. I would recommend calling the nearest medical center that does transplant and inquires about. Lung donation must be rare as i don't hear about it alot. It seems that lung donation requires to donors, one for each side for the recipient.

VATS: For the most part vats can be used to remove small tumors/nodules.  Depending on the experience of the surgeon, the location, the size, and the vasularity (how many blood vessels surround or are incased by the nodule) will determine the success of the procedure and the outcomes and recovery length of the patient.

have been on meds for a week now to no change in noisy breathing. a family member has lung bmtb which i've been exposed to but i have been to a pediatrician and had a chest xray done which came back clear?

TB test, pertussis : A TB test and pertussis screening may be helpful, and your antibiotic should cover atypical bacteria. Please have a flu vaccination and see your physician, use nasal saline and drink fluids. Treat fever and if there is a fever while on the medication please see your PCP.

Variable: I'm sorry to hear about your family members health and wish that all goes as best as possible.  But in terms of prognosis life span wise, this is impossible to predict without any specifics about the pathology of the cancer, the spread of the cancer, treatment failures/success, other ailments in addition to cancer, etc.  Seek input from your family members oncologist.

Possibly: It is not probable, but it is possible to have cardiac chest discomfort after severe emotional stress. Stress cardiomyopathy is well described and sometimes called "broken heart syndrome". If symptoms persist, it would be worthwhile to get checked out by your doc.

i've been in contact with 3 employees who tested positive on the 25/6/20. a family member informed me today they tested positive. i do have symptoms (tight chest, headache, shortness of breath) should i get tested?

Yes, get tested:  But if significantly short of breath, face or lips turning blue or new-onset confusion - get emergency help. Otherwise please contact your doctor for eval and testing referral.

Screen: We live life one day at a time. Practice healthy life style, be optimistic. There is nothing more powerful than the mind, even in adverse situations. You need proper cancer screen and your doctor will help you with that.

Cardiac Asthma: Large VSD may cause Biventricular heart failure,fluid in the lung, which can cause wheezing like Asthma . and called Cardiac Asthma,treatment not by bronchodilators but by diuretics

Lung Cancer: Lung cancer is not contagious.  But, the reasons people get lung cancer (smoking, chemical exposure, and genetics) can lead to other family members also developing cancer. If you smoke the best possible thing you can do is to stop smoking.
