See your doctor: You should see your doctor and have a urine analysis to check for infection.  Is there any chance the blockage may represent a foreign body?

hi, i've got an anal fissure and for the past 5 days now it's been hurting quiet a bit, the pain has become so uncomfortable and unbearable even when i'm not using the toilet, there is no blood, i have tried a suppository but to no avail, it hurts?

Colorectal surgeon: I recommend consulting a colorectal surgeon for evaluation,treatment and follow-up. I'm concerned that you may have a perirectal abscess which would be best treated by a colorectal surgeon. Also, appropriate follow-up is crucial for best results.

i think i have dry socket. hours after extraction there is no blood but no pain either. i started birth control  2 days ago. should i stop for a bit?

Unrelated: If you do stop the medication, use alternate means of contraception. If you are taking certain antibiotics for an infection, they may affect the efficacy of the birth control. Speak to your dentist.

Hemorroid?: Small, usually bright red blood on tp is usually from local irritation, often b/c of hemorroids. Can try steroid type hemorroid ointment for a few days. Can also get/try flushable moist baby wipes to "finish the job" after bm w/less irritation. If constipated, use stool softener regularly. If persists after these for ~1 wk, should get checked.

Blood on tp: Hi madeline,its hard to determine whether you mean blood from rectum/vagina/urethra.If you are talking about defection,then it can be hemmoroids, or related to frequent bowel movements.Smears and small amounts of blood typically arent that concerning, especially if related to frequent movements.If it persists see your doctor.  Otherwise, frequent urination and blood in urine can be an infection.

Get examined for: A pelvic exam. It could mean regular menses, but infection, inflammation or tumor have to be excluded.

Get more eval: There are a lot of things that can give you bleeding like that- from problems with the anus like anal fissure, hemorrhoids, inflammation, infecton, ulceration, leakage from blood vesssels to malignancy. Go to see your pmd and get further evaluation. If you need a GI work-up your pmd also can refer you to see one.
