Yes: The nose is constantly growing.  The cartilage can change overtime as your nose changes.

No, but does droop: It is not unusual for people's noses to droop with gravity as other parts do with aging. As such, it is not unusual for the nose to appear to become longer as its structural support declines.

?: There is no correct answer to this question.  His nose will continue to grow until the genes that he obtained from his mother and father tell it to stop growing.  There is no way to predict final size.  His nose will grow as long as he continues to grow taller.  Once he reaches his maximum height, his nose should stop growing.

Nose size: Most of your bony growth has likely occurred. The nose is not  likely to become smaller. Noses can actually grow further over time.

Why ?: Many people want to get rid of nasal hair. There is no way to stimulate these to grow!

Bump: This may be an inclusion cyst under the skin. Apparently it is not inflamed or infected. A physician would have to examine it to make the diagnosis however.

Big Ears: German studies demonstrated after the very rapid growth that occurs until about age 10 there is fairly linear growth of the external ear throughout life. In all parameters studied, female ears showed less increase  in post adult growth than male ears.

Remove.: Skin lesions in a sun-exposed area that have grown are candidates for removal.  The possibility of skin cancer in this context needs to be considered.
