D3: Vitamin D levels vary with the environment and background. If you are very darkskinned D3 9.3 is not too bad. If you are less dark skinned you probably need more vitamin D. Do you really need Hosit500? Is it helping you?

B12 and blood thinne: Yes it is safe to take B12 while on blood thinners. You may need to avoid many other supplements and medicines that can also thin the blood, like aspirin, advil, (ibuprofen) fish oils, vit e, vit k.

Any medications?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your B12 level is okay. ALT is slightly elevated. If you are taking any medications, that may explain the rise. Please discuss the need to be tested for hepatitis, with your doctor.

You are able to reduce your intake of this vitamin in case you're taking a supplement as, unless you have no stomach acid, your body can absorb B12 from many foods like dairy products, meats and seafood.
