Nobody truly knows: Nobody truly knows whether or not there are good or bad effects of Zicam on birth control pills, because Zicam is not an FDA approved medication. It's an over-the-counter item sold with claims of decreasing cold symptoms. Haven't heard of reports of problem interactions between the two items, but there probably aren't any studies on the issue.

No: Assuming you are using barrier methods of birth control in the interim, no it is not a problem.  Your menses may be somewhat delayed so don't panic.  :)

Yes: Very light bleeding or spotting is very common on birth control pills. In fact many women do not bleed at all. If you have not missed any pills or taken medications known to interfere you do not need to worry. If you have, check a home pregnancy test to be sure.

Everything's possibl: Irregular periods are far, far more common than pregnancy from semen seepage without ejaculation while on birth control.
The testing becomes quite accurate by the time you are a week late.

Oral contraceptives: Per "Oral Contraceptives Impair Muscle Gains In Young Women"  Although use of oral contraceptive may make a significant difference, it doesn't mean that there can't be any muscle development.
