Varies: Improving sperm count has been tricky in the past. Some medications will work for some cases while others may not work at all. Clomid, (clomiphene) hcg, and gonadotropins have all been utilized to help improve sperm count. The outcome at times is unpredictable.

Stay healthy: Eat right, exercise, stay lean, avoid tobacco/alcohol/opiates/anabolics and certain other medication. How do you know you have a sperm deficiency in the first place? If you have problems, check w/your doctor.

Don't rely on this: as a contraceptive. The sperm count does not necessarily change and does not necessarily go down enough to lower fertility (mostly requiring 50-90% reduction to matter at all, and then, isn't totally infertile, just Less fertile).

Trying to conceive: You do not mention how long you have been trying. After 35 year of age if you have been trying to conceive for 4-6 months and  have not succeded it is recommended that you seek professional help. 

Preseed is a sperm friendly lubricant that helps to relieve the vaginal dryness but does not aid in fertility. Gynecologists recommend this as the other lubricants are not sperm friendly.

Who knows?: Addyzoa is a combination herbal supplement which has totally unproven ingredients. Who knows whether it will help him, but it is highly unlikely and never scientifically studied. Can it harm him? Who knows, as that has also never been studied. Talk w/your doctor.

Reputable sperm bank: If you are a sperm donor, be sure you are dealing with a reputable sperm bank.  Once the semen specimen is donated the sperm bank should have precautions in place to guard against  theft, loss of freezing materials, back up power, and loyal well trained personnel.  Actually, I don't remember a case where semen was stolen.  Maybe other HT docs know.  To use it, characteristics of donor necessary.0

Theoretically, yes.: Any time sperm/semen gets in the vicinity of your genitals, pregnancy can occur! If you are not wanting to take a chance, take Plan B if you are within the proper window of time.
