Definitely can be related to latex condoms ( if used)- worth a GYN consult. Depending on which medications you are using this could be a possible side effect.

Consult your allergist who can obtain a blood test or skin test to seminal fluid  once confirmed, you can get desensitized to semen but to maintain the desensitized status you will need to have sex at least twice a week as maintenance. No, you can't bill your insurance for the maintenance therapy.
