Not in general: Unless you are having more "athletic" sex while or after smoking marijuana.  There is no known effect of cannabis on any kind of bladder pathology, at least that I have ever had in my patients or in the medical literature.

Relaxing of course: That is one of the reasons use "drugs"...They derive some benefit out of them, however the trouble that it causes outweighs the benefits, couple of long term consequences:
1. A motivational syndrome
2. Increase the risk of psychosis by 7 fold. 
So i suggest you stop using and if yu need help to relax, please get proper help.

Many options: It is best to prevent migraines so happy you learned weed triggers them; a variety of foods can also trigger them so explore that (wine, wheat, cheese, choc.).
