Yes: MJ is a psychoactive drug and is bad for you with or without a clotting problem.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Smoke: He is at risk for many health problems and perhaps another embolism

: Blood clots are not the usual consequence of pot. But you should let your doc know for he/she will take that into consideration when prescribing any meds

Best not to smoke: Smoking  anything is not in your best  particularly with recent PE.  You are young, save your lungs. If you are on medicinal marijuana you could confer with your doctor or pharmacist regarding drug interactions if oral intake was appropriate for you.

No: If you have a choice, don't.  While smoking is not recommended, tobacco or cannabis, for anyone.....  In someone who had a blood clot lodge in his lung, it is a very poor choice.  Taking rivaroxaban does not mean that it is now safe to smoke.

No: Smoking (inhaling smoke, which is full of lung irritants and cancer-causing chemicals) of any kind is unhealthy. Cannabis is illegal under U.S. federal law, so one can be convicted of a crime. Having a conviction may have bad side effects, such as problems getting a new job or the inability to enter Canada for a vacation. Regardless, cannabis is not necessary for life.

Clotting tendency: Clotting tendencies can occur in 8% of the population age 25 or older with  increasing tendency with each decade. If a large enough clot forms in the veins of the legs and breaks off it can block the blood flow through the heart and pulmonary artery. Sudden death can be the consequence. It is all too frequently seen in clinical practice. Even minor trauma to the legs or immobility can cause this.

Blood clots: Pulmonary embolism is a blood clot that starts in veins (usually leg veins) and gets caught up in the blood stream, carried thru the heart to the pulmonary arteries. This does not cause eye infection. It is not directly caused by smoking metamphetamines, but if after such smoking a person remains bedridden or similarly inactive for an extended period of time this could increase risk of leg clots.

drugs co-used: yaz, (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) yasmin, 
albuterol, nuvaring, motrin.
