Jogging addiction OK: Jogging is ok, or even regular walking, for smokers. There is always the hope that you may develop an alternative addiction to jogging to supplant your need to smoke.

Yes: Ejaculation, passage of sperm from testicle &amp; semen production are unaffected  by a hernia. Would be good to have hernia, if still present, repaired if U can.

It depends: Depending on other symptoms, it could be hernia,  bloating or constipation.If its pretty hard mass, you should see your pcp and have it evaluated.

Perfectly OK: Testicles are outside main frame of body & thus about 1/2 a degree cooler. Not same as spendings hours every day in a hot tub. Latter may well adversely affect your sperm.

Have it evaluated: This could be a benign "appendix testis" or the first sign of testicular cancer. Have it examined to start the evaluation process. Tests may or may not be required to sort out the issue. For now leave it alone.

Orchialgia: Orchialgia or testicle pain has many causes including infection, trauma (injury) &amp; ischemia (loss of blood flow). Check out http://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/testicle-pain/basics/definition/sym-20050942 for starters. Then ask your parents or guardian to take you to see your Family Doc who may refer you to a Urologist if s/he is suspicious for torsion. Don't wait to see if pain will go away.

Groin pain: This may be an infection in your epididymis which is posterior to your testicle and attached to the testicle.  It would be wise to be evaluated by your doctor as this can get quite severe and may be in its early stages now.  Ibuprofen may be helpful now as well as some scrotal support.
