No for the eye: serrapeptase can increase bleeding and if your are pregnant it is not recommended. but it will not help your eye floaters.

Several possibilitie: Usually the "floater" is assimilated into background "white vision" by the brain and not noticed even though it is still present.  Less common is the dissolving of the floater.  Rarely gravity can pull it down away from the visual axis.

Maybe: Maybe not. You need an exam by an ophthalmologist to make sure they are benign floaters and not something associated with a bigger oroblem.

Floaters: It sounds as if you have had a posterior vitreous detachment.  This is a situation where the vitreous(jelly) of the eye detaches (not a retinal detachment), it then "crumples" up leaving dots, spots, strands of blurry vitreous; i.e. The "floater".  You should have an exam to ensure the incident did not tear the retina, which could lead to a retinal detachment.

Be seen: You would be well served to be seen and have a thorough evaluation by both a neurologist and an ophthalmologist.

: Floaters are stingly, cobweb like elements that are in your field of vision and move around. Flashes are flashes of light and are transient. Flashes are more of a cause for concern.

Yes: If there has been a change in your floaters, then an eye exam by an ophthalmologist is advised.

PVD: Pvd: posterior vitreous detachment.  The gel inside your eyes, vitreous, has partially liquefied, pulls away from the retina which lines the back of your eye. This is a normal with aging.  This causes floaters. The only concern is if it begins to pull on the retina ; tears it.  Retinal tears can lead to retinal detachment ; blindness. Go to your doctor immediately if you have  symptoms.
