Depends: The answer depends upon where the tear occurred and it's severity; then there is always the referred pain component from the event...So i'll say yes.

Chest pain not: Usual lung cancer finding.  Cancer related pain moves in and doesn't go away.  Pain when one beathes in and out is called 'pleuritic pain' - many associated causes, cancer lower on the list.

Would be rare: Common things are common and rare things are rare. It would be extremely uncommon for you to have a heart attack at 22 that has lasted for "days" and still be alive.It is VERY common to have anxiety that leads you to believe this and have the symptoms you describe. You do need to see your doctor to make sure no medical conditions causing your anxiety and for referral to a psychologist who can help

has yellowish blister under one side of tongue also has ear and chest ache. could his sinuses cause this. has had really bad sinus problems for years?

Possibly: it could be a stained from sinus drainage, or part of allergy response.
Either drink water and juice and take allergy and sinus medication.
Drink a hot green tea with lemon and honey.
If you start showing any sign of bacterial infection,see your physician for possible antibiotics

Back shoulder pain: at 26 years old. Pain in right shoulder area is most likely not related to lung cancer. Absent trauma, it can easily be referred pain from gallbladder disease.

Causes of PE: PE and DVT are caused by either prolonged periods of not moving, injuries, or genetic clotting disorders. In the absence of any of these, why would you have a PE. also, typically there would be a leg clot. Is your leg swollen?  I agree the RTC tears don't typically cause back or chest pain but there are many other possible diagnoses, such as costochondritis, that would be more likely.

Get examined!: At age 55 your most common cause for this pain would still be 'impingement' ( or bursitis). Labral tears causing this pain are less likely unless associated with the biceps 'anchor'( SLAP) lesions -- but less likely in isolation in your age group.Osteoarthritis can cause pain in this distribution . AC joint arthritis can also cause pain when rotating arm towards chest ( adduction). See an ORS! GL!

my son is 11 and a pitcher in baseball. will push ups and pitching wear on his rotator cuff? will a sore rotator cuff cause other arm issues?

Pitching: While pitching can be stressful to a shoulder, at 11 it is more likely to cause bone/growth plate issues.  The rotator cuff is less vulnerable at his age, but can still get inflamed.  Push ups and other exercises to strengthen his body should help reduce injury.  Make sure he follows appropriate pitch counts/limits and consider using a pitching coach to monitor his form.

why does my chest ache when i lie on my side?

Multiple causes: There could be multiple causes.If there was any trauma to the side of the chest that aches it could be that pressure on that side causes the ache to increase. If you have a really bad flu and there is fluid in the lungs then that could cause the chest to ache.  Some people with very bad heartburn from acid reflux could have chest ache. I would advise you see your doctor to help determine the cause
