Not recommended: Women are late with menses often due to multiple reasons, but If you have had sex since your last period, you need to check a pregnancy test first.   The hormone pills you mention are used to delay a period a few days (start them before you expect your period) or to be used as emergency contraception within 72 hours of unprotected sex.

Take as prescribed: Primolut n is a progesterone.  The purpose of taking it is to induce a period.  Sounds like it is working.

PCO syndrome: You might not have provesterone deficiency but polcystic ovary, nite the high lh.  You might need metformin instead.  My cat says hi.

See a doctor: I don't recommend people use the internet to induce periods or ovulation.  There are life-threatening risks to doing so yourself.

Norethindrone is a progestin (synthetic progesterone).

nursing for full year, no period, on micronor (norethindrone). once stopped nursing, switched to loseasonique and have had steady menstruation for two months. normal?

Common.: Breakthrough bleeding and annoying spotting is more common on LoSeasonique because you are not having a regular period every month as you would on a regular type of pill.   LoSeasonique is a low dose pill making breakthough bleeding even more common.  You might consider switching to a pill that gives you a regular period or try regular Seasonique.  Best wishes!

A little bit.: A small amount of alcohol should be okay, if you have normal liver function and are not taking any other medications or using any other recr. substances.  Too much alcohol or liver disease or mixing meds may cause all sorts of problems, not just with Primolut-N (norethisterone). : "Clomid" is used to stimulate ovulation, and taking "Primolut N" while taking Clomid, can actually interfere with implantation.  Women with irregular periods may use a progestin like "Primolut N" to start withdrawal bleeding if periods are not ovulatory, but not when ovulation induction is required for pregnancy and implantation of the fertilized egg.

Ans: The follicles are the immature eggs Only 1 will mature and be ovulated or ruptured from the ovary. This is the normal cycle. The medication alters this cycle
