Yeast infection: Antibiotics can predispose one to a yeast infection by killing off the "good bacteria" that would normally keep yeast at bay. Steroids can add to the problem by decreasing some the body's natural immune/inflammatory response to the yeast allowing it to proliferate.

Low-dose: Lo-estrin 1/20 or similar. Mostly very low estrogen contraceptives. Take them at night. Never miss one pill.

Interesting Question: Using double condoms is a a rare thing in my medical experience. If you are so large you need 2 to guarantee integrity of the condom,  perhaps this is an answer. Are you sure you have tried all of the "largest" & most durable condoms? You & a condom & her with  the use of foam, film, suppositories or sponge may be a better alternative. I think the two of you need to have a long talk!  get help?

No period: 2 months: At 24, if you had a history of regular periods prior to your taking oral bcps, your period should resume within 6-8 weeks.  Remember that before a period occurs, you will ovulate, and of course pregnancy is possible.  If pregnancy is suspected, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain.

hi i have had migraine auras for 9 years. i do not get the migraine only the visual side. i do not smoke and i am not on the contraceptive pill. i am so scared im going to have a stroke? is it rare to have one with aura? i dont get them often

Migraine aura: It is felt that migraine aura increases the risk for ischemic stroke. Accordingly you should minimize other risk factors like hyperlipidemia,hypertension,prediabetes, and for more protection I would recommend taking low dose aspirin daily unless there are contraindications. It would be advisable to discuss these recommendations with your MD as he/she knows your status the best.
