Anal discharge: I am wondering if you have any pain or any fever.    Could you have an STD?   Is the itching constant?   What amount of the yellow greenish discharge are you talking about? Sounds infectious: Happy to hear it was safe, but as described it sounds like you have some infectious process, possibly caused by a minor laceration that subsequently got infected, etc.  You need to get seen and evaluated to assess for a probable infection.  Best wishes.
