No cancer: Microwaving pop corn or any other food will not cause cancer. Just do not add too much fat to the popcorn.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i used to always eat microwave popcorn, about two bags on the weekly basis. anyway i stopped about 3 years ago and now im reading about all the bad health effects and cancer acid or whatever in the bag. and thinking back now im pretty worried?

Everything on Earth can cause cancer, but the true question is, how likely is it to happen? Using a microwave oven from a few feet away, a few times a day, a few minutes each time, is unlikely to cause cancer. Life is about balance.

Not that we know: The radiation energy from a cell tower is very low unless you are on the tower at the antenna.  The current controversy is whether cell phone itself can cause brain malignancy since they are held close to your head while they are being used.  The jury is still out on the question but prudence suggests you use your cell phone on speaker or use a blue tooth ear piece which generates lower radio ener.

: Generally speaking, it's safe to use a paper plate in the microwave. For the safest results, stick with plain white paper plates. Printed, decorated or non-white paper plates may increase the odds of fire, or they may leach chemicals into the food being heated. You should not worry much, I do that all the time.
