Yes: If the cause for back pain is a herniated disk, the leg can become painful over time.  Typically a herniated disk will hurt in the back for a few days to a week.
After that time, the pain in the back gets better and the leg starts to hurt.

Sciatica &amp; Back Pain: Sounds like two things are going on and that you need to keep looking by getting a second opinion.  Penis/back pain MAY be from enlarged prostate.  Please follow doc orders.  Peace and good health.

Pregnancy symptoms: don't occur one day after sex. I don't know why the female in question is experiencing these complaints but I don't see a medical explanation from a penis being rubbed outside of vagina.

NOT Likely!: The symptoms of pregnancy would not occur so quickly.  What is most likely is anxiety as a cause of all of the described symptoms.  Likely anxiety about pregnancy and related issues.  The girl should consider birth control pills or other contraception if she is going to be sexually active.

: Any pain that interferes with a kid's activities of daily living deserves an evaluation by her doc. There are multiple possibilities that your post does not provide enough information to begin evaluating. Maby its minor and will go away but it may be something quite worrisome. Go in.

Leg pain: The nerves from the lower back innervate the leg. The anterior portion of the lumbosacral nerves go the the leg. The posterior portion goes to the back. The nerves can be effected by toxins, viruses, etc.   Does not have to be a mechanical compression of the nerve. There for you do not have to have back pain in order to have the nerve pain from the back to your leg.

Injury: Could be from overuse of your lower body, also could be a spinal disc problem or an inflammatory condition such as on of the arthritis types such as ankylosing spondylitis, or bursitis of the hip.

A disc herniation at L4/L5 could cause both back pain as well as result in radiation of that pain down nerve root distributions which go into the leg. Pain: At this time I do not think there is a relation between your back and leg given your back pain has resolved. However persistent mid calf pain is concerning for a DVT. I would notify your doctor.
