Probably fibrocystic: Breast pain and lump are not always present together. Most of the time breast pain is secondary to fibrocystic condition, breast cysts, inflammation or breast infection. Some cancers are also painful. If your symptoms are new, it would be advisable to have a clinical breast evaluation to determine the cause of the pain. Breast lump and pain whether together or not need to be checked medically.

Candidal infx?: Purely a guess over the computer, but fungal like candidal infections are common in skin creases and under the breast, where sweating and rubing is common.  See a dr. To get it evaluated as there are some treatments that may help.  Good luck.

As : As breast pain can be a sign of pregnancy, please take a test if you have any suspicious that you may be pregnant.  Check your breast and be sure you don't see any redness or areas that appear abnormal.  Please see your doctor and have this evaluated.  Breast pain can occur from hormonal imbalance for no other reason, but please get this checked out by your doctor.  Also check with your doctor to see if you are at an age that you should get a mammogram.  If you have any fever or redness then you would need to be seen immediately.
