Neither: Hgh is not likely to have any effect on back pain. It may have some modest effects on body compostion and overall sense of well-being. And hgh therapy is not associated ith anxiety other than fear of (basically painless) injections.

Often: Chiropractors are often helpful especially with musculoskeletal pain. Sometimes their treatments treat the cause, while other times just help the pain without medications. The cause of the pain is always a factor in what will/will not help. They have been around a long time and help many people.

Neck exercises: Most commonly pain between shoulder blades is as a result of cervical degeneration and loss of normal alignment. So exercise needs to include building up neck muscles and squeezing shoulder blades squeezing together and holding together for three seconds.

Traction: By spinal decompression i will assume that you mean traction, such as using a vax-d or similar machine.  The concept of traction is to restore lost disc height, which can result in improved spinal canal diameter and reduced nerve pinching.  The problem with traction is that it is often temporary - in other words, once out of traction, the spine gradually settles back to its original state.

Some think so but: I do not think it helps. It actually may make things worse. 

That said , a saggy bed is really bad and more support in bed can keep the spine in alignment during sleep and be helpful.

Back pain: Make sure you have a diagnosis first. Could be many things: disc, stenosis, sprain, strain, tumor, etc.
