i found a black mark on my vagina. it burns when i urinate. there are no cuts. i don't not have herpes or genital warts. what could it be?

Would recommend: evaluation to insure that you don't have a urinary tract infection.  Black mark should be evaluated as rarely melanoma can present in this area. Take care.

Very complex: Probably you mean genital herpes, not oral. In the US, all STDs are more common in African Americans than other race/ethnicity groups. The reasons are complex. One factor is fewer AA men than women available for sexual relationships due to mortaility and imprisonment. Health care access too. All are echoes of historic American racism. It is NOT due to increased no's of partners versus other races.

Classic: The classic presentation for a herpetic rash of the skin is multiple, vesicular, ulcerating and/or pustular lesions on an erythematous (red) base.  Anything is possible though!

Testing: You should have blood tests drawn to check for HIV, Herpes, Syphilis and any other Sexually Transmitted infections.

i shaved 8 days ago. the next day i woke up to reddish bumps that were oozing white pus. i popped all of them. they went away, but for one. i can see 2-3 black hairs inside the hole. why hasn't it healed? is it herpes? it never blistered/leaked clear?

: I think you're speaking of pubic/genital shaving, right? This sounds like folliculitis, i.e. irritation or infection of hair follicles, often triggered by shaving. Genital herpes usually doesn't involve the pubic area, only the genitals directly (e.g. penis, scrotum); and association of some lesions with hairs also is against herpes. It can take a couple weeks for folliculitis to heal completely.

I think it's bad: Although, I am not sure what source you quoted, if it is true, i feel very bad about this fact. Genital herpes is sexually transmitted, so the spread of it just tells how bad morals have gone to be in this country.

have chylmadia and herpes 1.  have red spots that itch and then turn black.  at first thought it was mosquito bites but now not sure. what could it be?

STDs: Without seeing these, or even knowing where they are located cannot possibly diagnose them, but having had two stds would strongly recommend your being seen again by a doctor and being tested for other stds.
