Culture: Sometimes it takes awhile for body to make antibodies to hsv (herpes).  If you have these lesions, the next good step would be to get a culture done of the cysts.... That will provide you with a definitive answer.  Yellow discharge could also be tested at the time for other sources of infection like yeast or bacteria.  Best of luck!

Probably not: What you're describing can be seen in various conditions including bacterial vaginosis and vaginal yeast infection. It is unlikely that your symptoms are related to your history of herpes . With herpes you would have symptoms of soreness tingling or visual lesions. However with all this said i would recommend that you see your gynecologist to confirm why you have what you have. Good luck.

Not necessarily: It depends on the amount of inlammation..  Low grade inflammation may not have as many WBCs  compared to a  more inflamed lesion.

Eye infection herpes: you can get herpes infection of the eye a very serious infection so see an eye doctor if that is a possibility

Herpes ?: Herpes I or II is very communicable, but pain from exposure less than two days will not produce a herpes ulcer that quickly.  It is more likely that the pain is from a tear in the vaginal area, however, herpes ulcers can occur in a few days if communicated.

Not usually: If you are having an active case of vaginal herpes than it is opossible the irritation can lead to some bleeding that could temporarily change your vaginal discharge.  This is uncommon though.
