i call that : good genes!   when hair turns grey to white what is happenning is: the hair is losing pigment (melanin) , which is the normal aging process.  Congrats to your aunt's longevity!

Copper deficiency : Some situations that cause a low level of copper in your blood could cause premature greying.  It also can cause aneurisms, which is a serious complication.  So have your blood levels checked.
