Depends on what: you mean by show. Your waist line and abdomen may enlarge some but that doesn't mean that there would be an obvious pregnancy.

What r u looking at: X rays can show bony abnormalities like fractures, tumors, lung problems like pneumonia, tumors, collapse, fluid around lungs, enlarged heart, bowel obstruction, evidence of perforation, certain joint problems and a whole lot more. Ct is computerized cross sectional views: higher resolution-find more, but more radiation; sono sound wave, MRI sometimes used: no radiation. Each has strength/limits.

CBCj, flow cytometry: Leukemia is suspected when abnormal cells our found in the blood, or when blood counts are very low.  The first test is the CBC (complete blood count).  If abnormal cells are in the blood, they can be identified by flow cytometry, which analyzes compounds on the surface of blood cells.  The definitive test otherwise is a bone marrow aspirate and biopsy, usually taken from the pelvic bone.

no: It has great specificity (when it shows a problem there's really a problem), but poor sensitivity (when the EMG does not show a problem there in fact may be a problem).

So EMG does not always show injury.

Several things: An mrcp (magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography) is a type of MRI scan that can evaluate the pancreas (mass, pancreatitis), bile ducts (stones, abnormal size/appearance), gallbladder (stones, mass), and liver.  It's most used to look for a stone in the common bile duct.  In addition, other organs including the spleen, adrenals, kidneys, and stomach/bowel are identified.
