rare: Most pink eyes are spread from others with pink eye and include bacterial and viral origin.  I can imagine that fecal matter might cause an infection but have difficulty imagining how it got into the eye.  I do not recommend trying this.

Yes : Enterococci bacteria can cause conjunctivitis.  Appropriate antibiotic drops are needed to treat it.

Bacterial infection: You could certainly get a bacterial conjunctivitis from such an exposure.  Classic pink eye is a virus.  I runs a course and only symptomatic treatment is required.  A bacterial infection will usually have more severe and purulent discharge and can require an antibiotic for treatment.

Sometimes: Eyes that look red (so-called "pink-eye") can be due to many things including bacterial and viral  infections, allergies, inflammations, etc. Typically allergic conjunctivitis produces itch. Itching is occasionally noted with bacterial and viral conjunctivitis as well, but less commonly. Blepharitis can produce itching on the lid margins.

No relation: Dog urine is aestheically unpleasing, may be odoriferous, and can damage the rug and the floor underneath.  But it does not contain anything which can infect the eye of a human..   In a few rare cases it might cause some degree of allergy but that would be very rare.

Maybe: The pink eye is usually self limited.  If you have changes in your vision or swelling of the eyelids or redness of the skin around the eyes, then see the doctor.  It would be extremely unlikely for pink eye to cause endocarditis.

Difficult: Pink eye typically refers to viral conjunctivitis. It usually affects both eyes and because it is due to a virus, is treated symptomatically with otc preservative-free artificial tears. Problem is that this cannot be self- diagnosed. There are many causes of a red eye, some of which can be quite serious. You need to see an eye md for diagnosis and treatment.
