No: Technically there might be extremely tiny tiny amounts of chemicals from marijuana in your partner's saliva and semen, but this would never possibly be nearly enough to affect you in any way or give you a positive drug test.

: Opioids can be excreted in semen, urine, feces, breastmilk and other bodily fluids. Ingestion of any of these can cause transmission of the opioids into your system. If your drug test came out positive for opioids, it is very likely that this is the cause. Not sure how your boyfriend passed the test.
