Yes and no: The rash of eczema does not cause more rash, but the underlying attack of the immune system to one's skin, that is the heart of eczema, can attack any part of the skin and so it crops up all over, anywhere, appearing to spread.

Moisturizer: Keep the skin from getting dry, apply moisturizers, over the counter coco butter etc.

: Need to discuss with your Derm but in general I would thin if you hAve a separate area eczema Ok to move to another one.  Depending on size of skin area you used at first.

hi! i have lumps, one under my chin, both sides of my armpit and in upper part of collar bone. i have eczema, does this something to do with my lumps?

Lymph nodes?: These sound like enlarged lymph nodes that are probably not related to eczema. You should have your primary physician check you out soon rather than later.

i have slightly itchy flat red dots on part of my breast. ive recently also had eczema between my fingers and one quarter-size spot on my hand with similar flat dots to the one on my breast. is it probably just eczema or enough to worry about?

: If it looks the same as your eczema in other locations, it is likely eczema and you could apply the same cream/ointment you are using for your other sites. But, the only way to be sure is to have a doctor look at it. So, if it doesn’t get better with the treatment, see a skin doctor to be certain it is eczema. Best of luck to you!!

Any area with skin: Eczema is a chronic inflammation of the skin. It tends to come and go, and affect different areas. The areas behind the knee and the inside of the elbow, areas called flexion creases, tend to be more often affected than other areas on the body.
