probably a week: Am concerned if your desire to drink is stronger than your wish to get rid of your acne, which i assume is severe since you are on this medication.  Alcohol itself is not a good drug for your skin, and may worsen acne as well. Talk to the prescribing doctor - that should be your first resource, not online strangers.

Nosebleed: One possibility is that during the alcohol binge you got into a fight, and someone punched you in the nose.  Alcohol can also act  like a blood thinner, causing your platelets to be less "sticky" and not clot well.   This is apparently more common in male drinkers than women.
