Lupus: Anti Smith antibodies are very specific for SLE. They can be positive in other autoimmune diseases including mixed connective tissue disease and scleroderma.  A positive ANA especially one with homogenous staining is also associated with SLE but can be positive in other diseases. SLE can be associated with kidney disease with protein in the urine.  100 is normal. No kidney disease.

Not Likely: Those are healthy kidney numbers. However, you can have other causes of proteinuria or renal insufficiency and should follow up with a nephrologist or your regular doctor.

Urine : You have 420mg of protein which is above normal threshold but not enough to suggest disease. The fact you have Pregnancy associated htn suggest you should follow your BP. I would recheck your urine test and would also check micro albumin urine. Future urine for protein and urine for creatinine ratio is as reliable as a 24 hr and can be used to follow progression.

: By the total creatinine in the urine, the sample was over-collected, i.e. the sample is more than 24 hours so the total protein is erroneously high, i.e. not truly 180 mg for 24 hours. Your urine protein/creatinine is 0.05 which is completely normal.
