NOT MORE THAN 2-3SER: Yes you can but limit diary products to not more than 2to3 serving per day, and preferably low fat diary products.

Possible...: Gastric delay to due inflammation? Belching is caused by release of swallowed gas after distension of the stomach with food. Magenblase syndrome is postprandial epigastric fullness & bloating, relieved by belching.Aerophagia (accumulation of gas due to air swallowing) is common with anxiety, hypersalivation from gum chewing, smoking, drinking, oral irritation. In some, belching can become habitual.

Before switching: It is difficult in general to find a mood stabilizer that would work in the context of a specific patient. While side effects may appear hard to tolerate, they sometimes wear off specifically in the context of dietary scrutiny. Dose can be adjusted also if drug felt to be working and your treating doc would be best to further address.

Ovarian cancer: Distension of the abdomen from ovarian cancer or its complications would not fluctuate noticeably overnight. Gaseous distension or benign fluid retention may. If you still have concerns have an examination by a physician and, if deemed advisable, an ultrasound test of the pelvis can be done to reassure you.

Stomach bloating: No. Stomach bloating can have multiple causes starting with diet, food indiscretions, to conditions such as gastroparesis and irritable bowel.

Gluten senstivity: Sounds like gluten sensitivity, which goes greatly unrecognized and underdiagnosed in the us. Please see you family doctor about appropriate steps to take from here and for confirmatory testing.
