Yeast?Herpes?Trich?: Chlamydia causes vaginal discharge, but usually not vaginal redness, swelling, or itching. Maybe a yeast infection or herpes, instead of chlamydia or in addition to it. Or trichomonas? Check back ASAP with the doctor or clinic treating you. FYI, Australia&#x27;s government-funded sexual health centres are the world&#x27;s best STD clinics. You&#x27;ll never go wrong at your nearest SHC for problems like this.

Chlamydia : Chlamydia can only be cured with a prescription antibiotic, so you do need to see a doctor - and the sooner the better! many people who have chlamydia are also infected with other sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea, so testing is very important for proper treatment. You may need multiple medications if you have multiple infections. If you are a woman and do not get tested and treated in a timely manner, the infection can spread to your uterus and fallopian tubes (called pelvic inflammatory disease) and can lead to severe illness and/or infertility. on day 4 since i was treated for chlamydia. i woke up out of my sleep bleeding & it burns extremely badly when i wipe myself and itches. is it normal?

Herpes? Yeast?: This definitely is not normal. Chlamydia could cause vaginal bleeding, but usually would not start 3-4 days after treatment. "Burns extremely badly" is worrisome for genital herpes or perhaps a severe yeast infection; or allergic reaction if you're using any vaginal creams or medications.  Return ASAP to the doctor or clinic treating you. Good luck!

You : You may have a sexually transmitted disease. You need to be evaluated by your doctor to determine the reason for your symptoms. There are a number of reasons why you may have these symptoms. If you have a sexually transmitted disease, you need to know what type you have, as different std's are treated with different medications.  Do not self- medicate with an antibiotic.  Do not take short cuts when dealing with your genitourinary health. See your doctor.

Consider: Consider a followup appt with your provider.  It is possible this is a co-existing or subsequent fungal or viral infection. You likely will need further treatment.

no discharge, no issues while urinating. it just itches and feels irritated?

Oral bacteria: the mouth and oral cavity contains many species of bacteria that are normal and some that are there because of poor oral hygiene. you should wash the entire area with a antibacterial soap and use an astringent {sea breeze} at least twice a day. if symptoms don't go away than seek a urologist for possible antibiotic treatment.
