i know i have sinusitis. i also just got preseptal cellulitis. it doesn't look like a stye. there is no pus head. whole lid is swollen. the 2 linked?

Go to the ER: It is impossible to say without being able to do an exam but I am concerned about a devastating condition called mucormycosis. It is a rare fungal infection that often affects the sinus and can spread rapidly. You should probably go to the er and be evaluated by an ophthalmologist (eye surgeon).

No: If you truly have a skin infection the wind won't hurt it however many other causes of skin inflammation may be present some like dry chapped skin could get worse or be caused nyy the wind.

No: You have cellulitis you should be on antibiotics and have the abscess drained again to evacuate the blood.

Cellulitis is a: a concern and looks nothing like a pimple. I would see doctor preferably dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment

Outside: 35, what about inside? Redness could be from other factors. Rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis. Cellulitis in face rare, painful and fever. Go get checked.

The endothelium is the skin lining all 50, 000 miles of blood vessels in the body. When inflamed it can cause WBC in urine. An inflamed thyroid will dysfunction. Skin rashes are indication of inflammation. 
A food sensitivity like celiac disease can cause all of these through inflammation.

: You need to be seen by a personal physician to diagnose your issue and have appropriate treatment. The ER is for emergencies, something that this is not. You may have a dental issue which can result is swelling and numbness. A dentist can help you with that. It may also be neurological in nature.

Varies.: Sometimes before it goes away, cellulitis forms an abscess, a pus collection that needs to be drained. Going from cellulitis to abscess is actually an improvement though it does not always look or feel like one. Follow-up with your dr is a good idea.

what is the most effective antibiotic to be taken in case of asmall patch of cellulitis (about 2cm). in face developed after a mosquito bite??

Cellulitis: If it is cellulitis and there is no puss cephalexin is very effective. If it is 2 cm and not getting bigger , it's more likely to be allergic reaction.
