: Talk to the doctor who prescribed Wellbutrin. The additional medications you mentioned are not in common use and are unlikely to be helpful. 
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Yes: Caffeine can affect pregnancy.  It is particularly important in the first trimester, so you should avoid caffeine preferably before you become pregnant, but certainly once  you do.  Likewise and even more important is to avoid nicotine during this time.
