Absolutely: If the bulimia is severe enough to cause hypocaloric malnutrition, fat tissue will diminish rapidly.  Breasts are mostly fat tissue, so they will diminish in proportion the malnutrition.

Anorexia ?'s: Repeated "purging" may cause more violent muscle contractions which can create the pain described.  You may require psychological help to combat the negative effects of anorexia, which can evolve to serious illness and death if persisted.

12 year history of bulimia and recently relapsed.. been having bad chest pain in the centre of my chest,fluttering heart thud feeling... pins and needles all over,swollen stiff legs, wierd body pains... lethargic and like my brain is short of oxygen.

Please get seen: Urgently. You are obviously damaging your body.  I don't know what your BMI is. Bulimia Nervosa can be dangerous to you - physically, mentally and spiritually.

Painful breasts: Nursing? Did you check for pregnancy?  May also be mastitis - especially if red -would follow up with  MD because will need antibiotics for mastitis.

Needs medical checku: Any lumps or knots in your breast require a clinical examination by your doctor.
If there is anything suspicious, he/she might order a mammogram or an ultrasound test of your breast. If these tests show a lump  you should  have a biopsy of the lump in order to make sure that you do not have breast Cancer.

Breast indentation ?: A dimple on one's breast may indicate a cyst beneath the skin, or may be a normal variation .  See your gyn physician for an exam to be certain.  If an underlying "lump" is detected, digital mammography will determine the nature of the mass.

If sufferring: If having bad hot flashes, the snri class of  depression meds can help. It can't be just an ssri, norepiniephrine has a tract the leads to the temp regulation center; it helps glucose transport, as estrogen did.  Venlafaxine at 150 mg, cymalta; consider Clonazepam at night when start. Cancer and immediate stopping of hormones is a double whammy, increasing risk of mood problems, insomnia, stress.
