Medicine indication: The albuterol can cause those symptoms, but not always. It's possible it could mimic the symptoms of irritable heart syndrome but should not cause damage to the heart. Albuterol is not commonly used as an allergy drug unless you get allergy-induced asthma/bronchospasm. If your allergic symptoms are more nose and eyes, albuterol will not be helpful relief. Try an antihistamine or nasal steroid Rx.

Caffeine can do: all the things you mentioned, but so can poor diet.  Please see your doc because the symptoms you mention are dangerous.  You also need to be evaluated for a possible eating disorder.  Peace and good health.

Treat the anxiety!: Anxiety can be caused by many things, can be a symptom of several conditions &amp; can cause/mimic e a variety of somatic ( physical) symptoms including  chest pain. Anxiety too can impact your life &amp; your being. It responds to treatment which may include various forms of supports, talk therapy and /or medication. See your doctor,decide together if further tests are needed &amp; get treatment.

Treat the anxiety: Itself to decrease these symptoms. Breath in slowly ; deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to. If you haven't been assessed for your panic/ anxiety - that would be prudent. Anxiety is no fun but it is treatable.

Anxiety: Anxiety episodes not uncommon at night, and can be treated with medications & cognitive therapy. Make sure u r cleared medically as far as heart condition, through consultation with your primary care doc.
