Sex drives &amp; cysts: If the ovarian cyst has testosterone containing material inside it (male hormone) the sex drive will actually go up. Benign ovarian functional cysts are either estrogen generated or the after affects of ovulation of the corpus luteum which makes progesterone. Depression is usually not associated with either case unless it Is secondary to chronic pain from a large untreated ovarian cyst.

Yes: Pcos is failure of the egg to fully ripen and ovulate.  Hence the natural hormone rhythm is disturbed, which can result in  depression, distress, prolonged pms symptoms, infertility, abdominal and sexual pain, all of which can  decrease libido.

can an ovarian cyst cause you to have a false negative test? i'm a week late, i'm not on the pill anymore, and i've had sex twice w/ no protection.

Unlikely: An ovarian cyst is not likely to cause a false negative urine pregnancy test. However, you may wish to get a blood test for HCG level to be sure.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Cyst and bleeding: Except for a few very specific circumstances, a ruptured cyst does not usually lead to uterine bleeding. Other causes need to be addressed.

See details: An ovarian cyst might cause pain during sex regardless of size.  Most cysts do not cause pain.  Pain does not imply that it is cancerous.  Cysts are very common in your age group and the great majority are benign.

Delayed menses: Periods are often delayed after pregnancy. A 'lazy' pituitary and an ovarian cyst are common causes that will resolve on their own. Uterine scar tissue is a rarer cause. An ultrasound and a blood test can reveal the reasons, and would be appropriate after 3 months.
