Normalization of: Blood sugar may be to blame. If you're significantly overweight and Insulin resistant, your blood sugar may increase with a meal, and then drop to normal quickly, stimulating symptoms. This is not low blood sugar. It triggers symptoms even though it never drops below normal. Symptoms would go away even if you didn't eat sugar. Lose weight or you're at  high risk  to develop diabetes in the future.

Stomach Flu : If your symptoms just started after your recent "cold"; then you may be experiencing irritation of your stomach by your "viral infection". Something that people call it: "stomach flu". In this case that usually may last a few days; warm liquids: soups;  warm tea/ milk ; non-spicy food would be better. However,  if your symptoms persists beyond a week or two, then it is better to see your doctor.
