Porosity of clothes: The normal head dimensions of Sperm is about 5.1 x 3.1um. Thus any space that can accommodate the passage of the Sperm can ultimately get to the vagina.
It takes only one good Sperm to pass through the cervix around ovulation to conceive. It is therefore difficult to gurrantee that no Sperm passed through the clothes in this case. Please see your doctor for follow up.
