Two problems: An itchy vagina and redness / peeling of the skin is a pretty clear sign of a bad yeast infection.  Start treating this with a yeast cream.  Also, given your missed period, check a pregnancy test!  in the meantime, make a visit with an ob/gyn for full evaluation.

: You are right, fluconazole could cause very dry lips. Try using lip balm to reduce the effect. It is transient and would get better about a week after you complete the course of the fluconazole.
