my blood pressure was normal yesterday around 115/75 and today it is 143/106. why such a difference? do i have high blood pressure or would it be high all the time?

Both can be true: A person can check her blood pressure with a proper-sized cuff (depends on arm size) and show about 10 days of numbers to her primary care doctor. Numbers can be from breakfast time, lunch time, and dinner time (need not be the same times each day). Most people are normal. Some people are high part of the time, and some are high all the time. Doctor can discuss what the readings mean.

Blood : Blood in urine could occur as a result of trauma or a medical condition. Throughout the genitilia, there are many areas and blood vessels that could be broken, leading to blood in the urine or semen. 
Items that could cause trauma and blood in the urine could be aggressive sex or masterbation, interrupted sex, kidney stones, prostatitis or a procedural biopsy on the testicles/kidney/bladder. 
Medical conditions that can cause blood in the urine include: side effects of blood thinners, stds such as chlamydia/genital herpes/warts, prostate cancer or bladder cancer. 
Since this is an ongoing condition  it is suggested that you see a doctor to determine what the cause is. If there is an infection or trauma going on, it is important to get it assessed.

Get evaluated: I worry less about an upper number of 130 than the 141 and the lower number of 98 is definitely high. This is not ER like high, but you need to get in for a review of your history, exam and some testing. Cut out any salty foods from your diet for now as well as caffeine. If the doc can exclude some medical issues you may have simple high blood pressure.Sometimes diet/activity  can help or meds

Depends: Likely not and if this happens all the time likely white coat syndome that up to 30% of patient have.However, have your providers nurse check your cuff against thiers as yours could be off calibration and incorrect as some automatic cuff can be.

Hypertension: You do have hypertension and it is quite labile. You are somewhat young for the onset of essential hypertension which is the commonest form and is often familial. You may be in the 10% of hypertensive patients that have secondary  Hypertension which can be due to renal artery dysplasia, pheochromocytoma, hyperaldosteronism for example. Consult a cardiologist for evaluation,appropriate testing&amp;care

A 53 year old women (and men) should have a regular doctor, as there are several screening tests that have been shown to be effective.  Therefore, i would recommend you ask your physician, then follow-up for an appropriate interpretation of the results.
