Std: It all depends on wether the sex was unprotected. On the other hand White yellowish discharge does not appear to be normal.  I suggest you see your doctor to get tested.

Vaginal discharge: It's always best to have any new or changed vaginal discharge professionally evaluated. Yellow color often means infection, and at your (presumably young) age, STDs are always a potential concern. Variation with arousal probably not imporant. Since you're newly sexually active, your own physiology may be adjusting and all may be fine. But best to check it out:  better safe than sorry!

Vaginal discharge: New or unusual vaginal discharge in a sexually active woman raises concern for infection.  A pelvic exam with appropriate testing would be necessary to make this determination.

Get treatment: Please get tested immediately for STDs. Most need treatment, and you may suffer serious consequences if you ignore it, even if it appears to go away. 
STDs with penile discharge will have symptoms during the day, including continued discharge and pain with urination.

Needs...: There is no way to tell this way. You would need an examination in person and testing or oder to find out. Get also a pregnancy test since you are late for your period. I would definitely suggest at this point that you see a gynecologist for evaluation.

STD is possible: Cervical inflammation (cervicitis) is the main finding in women with gonorrhea or chlamydia. But other problems can also cause it, and both these STDs are uncommon in women over 30 -- depending of course on risks like new partner, partner with other partners, etc. Non-STD causes of cervicitis are poorly understood.  Your doc probably did a pap smear, since HPV/dysplasia can mimmic cervictitis.

i don't know if i have an std or a uti im a female, 18 years old. i usually have uti's frequently but i havn't had one in a while. i noticed that my urine is really strong & has a yellowish discharge. i have some burning but not that much.

You : You need to get seen and have cultures taken for chlamydia and gonorrhea, and have a urinary test taken.  Please be seen immediately as an std can cause permanent scarring of your tubes, and a UTI can become serious.  If your doctor can't see you immediately, or if you have fever, pain, or vomiting, then you would have to go to the er.

not necessarily: White cell can be present with various types of infection, bacterial vaginosi, yeast which are not std's   but std can also cause white cells   get checked and if you doctor told you that white cells are present, ask him the cause.
