Hyperventilation: Unless you have predisposing diseases such as familial hypercholesterolemia, dm,  rheumatologic disease such as sle, your chances of heart attack at your age and sex is low. You could have gerd, and can be from your anxiety level and those other symptoms arise from breathing fast from anxiety. Relax, occupy yourself with other healthy activities, and lol, sometimes a paper bag method.
