Additionally, diagnosis of skin lesions is challenging without visual inspection. The causes for pimples are quite numerous: infection, allergy, disease-related, and more. Needs to be cultured: We can not say what it can be without examination prier to be popped by you, but if there is still some fluid there it can be cultured for herpes and other bacterial infections
so go and see your doctor to find out what it could be.Unlikely to be herpes but bacterial infection a possibility.

Genital bumps: Genital bumps can be many things. Some STDs, some not. Only general advice can be given without an exam. If the bumps are on the lower abdomen and pubic area, they could be infected hair follicles. STDs usually don't involve the skin of the stomach area. Follicultis: It sounds more like folliculitis, which is an infection of the hair follicles and may need a course of antibiotics to resolve.  Herpes generally appears more like crusted painful lesions but it is impossible to say without physically seeing you.

: From your description it is more likely a simple pimple rather than a herpetic lesion which is usually presenting as multiple tiny vesicles on a erythematous skin.

Pimple: A Whitehead, or closed comedone, has a white sebaceous plug inside.  A warm shower will sometimes help it exit the skin.
