Depends: It depends on the type of hernia he has and any complications from that. In general hernias do not affect fertility but it could be possible if he has a complex hernia.

Quite low: If your other side is normal.  The chances of injury to the testicle on the hernia side is low to begin with.  Even in the unlikely event that this side is injured somehow, the other side will produce enough sperm.

No, unless: It is far advanced.  Ed is usually caused by lessened blood flow to penis, and not affected by inguinal hernia unless it is so large that it obstructs blood flow.  Infertility is caused by inadequate sperm, so an inguinal hernia would not affect it unless it is so large that it affects both right and left testicles.

A hiatal hernia is an enlargement of this opening thru which the stomach can slip up into the chest.  This is found in 15% of people & rarely causes symptoms.   It is unclear if this develops before birth and/or develops in response to elevated abdominal pressure.

No relation: Hernia is a defect in the abdominal wall.  It is located where the spermatic cord travels or the round ligament in females.  People can get direct or indirect hernias.  There isn't a relationship between migraines and hernia.  Doctors looked at the relationship between migraine headaches and patent foramen ovale but did not find a positive relationship with closure of pfo.
