I think NONE: I am not aware of any herbal supplement that consistently causes a positive urine drug tests.
Even poppy seeds which used to have false positives for morphine, do not typically find this now, because of the cut off levels.

Several: There are now several online databases that include herbs when checking for drug interactions. However, not all possible interactions are known. A good place to start is http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/drug-information/drugherbindex
another useful resource is http://www.Drugs.Com/drug_interactions.Html which, while more focused on drug-drug interactions includes many herbs in its database.

: The short answer to your question is yes!  The best way to look at this is to work with your pharmacist who can look at all of the vitamins, herbal supplements and medications that you are prescribed and tell you what kind of problems you might face with the interactions.  For some vitamins or herbal supplements, there might be interactions that have not heretofore been elucidated.  Good luck.

There aren't any: The chances of an individual kicking on one's own is very, very low.  Opioid withdrawal results in widespread pain, chills, aches/pains, diarrhea and vomiting, as well as anxiety and insomnia. It is usually too severe by day 2-3 for people to stand it, and they use again. Some meds can help a little (tylenol, motrin, pepto bismol) but real help means a doctor helping you. Please get into treatment.

: Assume the herbal supplement may reduce the viral load which I doubt, the antibody test should still be positive. You are asymptomatic with repeatedly negatives test results so you are safe.  You should practice safe sex for avoiding future concern.

Not that I know of: unless they are testing for caffeine, which would rarely, if ever, be done.  However, the label says that the ingredients are "proprietary" which means they don't have to tell you everything that is in it.  However, I have never seen any reports of false positives secondary to any kind of tea. In any case, false positives on screening tests can be ruled out with confirmatory tests.

Barrenwort:  I didn't see any literature about Horny Goat/  Barrenwort causing false positives on Urine drug screens.

Accepted Answer

Possible: Herbals that mimic benzo related compounds can give false elevated levels. Which can be be interpreted incorrectly.  But then again, i would come clean with your clinician or employer on what you are taking.
