Not sure: I'm not sure what you mean by asking about drinking detox, but prescribed Accutane will not give you any problems on a drug test.

: Detox drinks help your body to metabolize the free THC in your system so it is removed more easily by the kidneys and liver. Unfortunately, THC is readily absorbed into fat, and can remain there for up to several months. Drug testing can detect THC for up to 90 days in urine, and 6 months or more in hair samples.

No way to tell : Unfortunately, dietary supplements are regulated as foods (as opposed to drugs).  As such, they are not required to undergo the same testing (or prove their claims to be true). Also, since no third party testing of their product is required - the ingredients listed don't even have to match what is in the bottle.  Wish I had a better answer ... Good luck!

Compassion: In detox medications are used to avoid complicationss and keep you comfortable.  Once out of detox follow up with a addictionolgist or your family doctor is important there are medicines to help you stay sober, also attending meetings and intensive outpatient counseling are paramount.

Alcohol: Whether you pass your test or not depends on how much you had to drink and how quickly your body can process the alcohol.  The bigger question is if you are being tested why are you still drinking?  Are you in a program to help as you clearly have a problem?  If you pass this time, you are going to get caught, it always happens.  Go to AA, get some help, take it day by day.

Not likely. : Drug screening tests are very sophisticated. The amount of time that a drug can be detected in your system varies depending upon the drug. Depending on the drug, alkalinizing or acidifying urine and drinking plenty of fluids may help. It's hard to beat hair testing.

The : The blood test will likely come back positive. The detox drinks typically affects the outcome of the urine test only; and even that is not absolute although negative in your case. There is a chance that it could be negative however there is no way to know 100%, there are multiple factors involved that affect the outcome.

: Don't bet on it. The active drug attaches to fat cells in your body and gradually leaks out over. Depending on your intensity of use it could be gone in a week or take a month or more to clear. The popular detox drinks are a sham.
