Most likely.: Your breasts get sore as the level of estrogen rises after your period.  I would talk to your primary doctor or GYN regarding treatment options to help with tenderness if you desire and make sure to get annual check-ups.

If not your other symptoms need attention and your anxiety calls for a consult with a psychologist. If you follow advice from your doctor and the psychologist your life will jump forward with joy!
