Yes, if asymtomatic: Many athletes have very low resting heart rate.  However, u do have symptoms so u might want to check that out

Breathing: If you can find a quieter place - do so. Breath in slowly &amp; deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort).  Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to. If you haven't been assessed for your panic/ anxiety - that would be prudent. Take care.

Hypotension?: Most likely postural HYPOTENSION.(low blood pressure to brain)Occurs when the baro-receptors in your neck cannot deal with the changes in blood pressure with sudden elevation of your head relative to your body.Gravity pulls your blood down which leads to a temporary (relative) decrease in blood flow to the head,hence dizziness.See your doctor for diagnosis and coping mechanisms.

Orthostasis: Without examining you or having any testing, the most likely diagnosis is orthostatic hypotension.   It can be related to simple dehydration or sometimes something more serious. You should see you doctor. They can get some information  by checking your vital signs while laying down, sitting and standing.   After that and a good history and exam you'll have a better idea.

OrthostaticDizziness: This is quite common in girls your age. It is related to getting up quickly and blood pressure in your head suddenly decreases, and is not serious.  Practice sitting and standing frequently twice daily. If this does not relieve the symptoms, support hose will help.

Maybe (not) . . .: Yes, your symptoms might be due to anxiety/panic disorder. But first you need to check w/your Family Doc to be sure it's not due to low blood pressure eg orthostatic hypotension, or perhaps a heart rhythm disorder or something else. In meantime, drink plenty of fluids (enough to make urine clear) &amp; check your blood pressure at home while laying down, sitting &amp; standing. Buy BP cuff at drug store.

Orthostatic : Orthostatic hypotension is a drop in blood pressure that occurs when a person stands up. Its due to a nerve defect, which senses a change in blood pressure and adjusts the tone in your blood vessels to keep your blood pressure up. It can be from decreased blood volume from diuretics, vasodilators, excessive bed rest, dehydration, and neurological disease.  Got to your doctor.
